The terms for using RankLuma's early-access local SEO workspace.

Who provides RankLuma

RankLuma is operated by Toufik Beladi, a sole trader trading as RankLuma. Contact support@rankluma.app. These terms apply to the website and workspace at rankluma.app. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are authorised to act for any business you add.

What is available

RankLuma provides business discovery, saved business profiles, keywords and listing review tools. Availability is shown in the product. Google Business Profile import requires separate activation and permission. Live rankings, paid discovery and external edits require their own active connections. Demonstration data is simulated and is not evidence of live performance.

The service is in early access. Features, coverage and limits may change. We do not promise complete directory coverage, uninterrupted service, particular ranking positions, search traffic, leads or Google's approval. A possible citation is not a verified listing; an inaccessible page is not proof that the listing is absent or incorrect.

Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. Add or connect only businesses you own or are authorised to manage. Obtain any permission required to process client information. Review imported details, possible matches and suggested changes before relying on them. A service-area business does not need to publish a private street address or supply a website.

Do not bypass limits or access controls, submit malicious content, scrape protected data, impersonate others, misuse personal information, interfere with the service or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in business fields or support messages.

Third-party services and Google

RankLuma is independent of Google and is not endorsed by Google. Google sign-in identifies your account; Business Profile access is a separate permission. Connecting a profile does not authorise unrelated edits. Third-party availability, data and policies remain under their providers' control.

When using features that display Google Maps content, you are also bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Preserve Google Maps and other source attribution, and do not extract, cache or republish provider content contrary to the applicable terms. OpenStreetMap data carries its own attribution and licence conditions.

Fees and usage limits

Creating an early-access account does not itself start a paid subscription. Any future paid service must show its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you purchase it. Existing free-access limits do not guarantee unlimited access. A request may count towards a usage limit even if the provider fails. We do not automatically purchase an alternative paid lookup when a search fails.

Your content and our branding

You keep your rights in content you provide. You allow us to host and process it to operate the service, provide requested features and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership. Third-party data remains subject to its owners' rights. RankLuma's software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders; the brand page explains permitted references to our logo.

Privacy and account removal

Our privacy policy explains data handling. You can request account and data deletion using the deletion instructions. Archiving a business hides it from your active list but does not delete its records. Removing Google access does not automatically delete imported workspace content.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using RankLuma at any time. We may restrict or suspend use where necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious breaches of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support. If the early-access service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and explain available data-export or deletion arrangements.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Use reports as decision-support information and check important findings against their sources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party data, unavailable external services or unauthorised actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.

Changes and disputes

We will publish updated terms here and give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen. Contact support first to seek a resolution. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
